INTERN

The JHC offers internships to undergraduate and graduate students with an interest in American Jewish history and archival work. Students have an opportunity to work directly with our collections, learn about archival preservation, and complete their own projects.

We accept applications for: Archives Intern, Tiktok/Reels Intern, Video Intern, Family History Research Intern, and Education and Outreach Intern.

Please indicate your area(s) of interest when you apply! Tiktok/Reels Intern and Video applicants should include a portfolio, a link to their website, OR a sampling of 3 pieces of relevant creative work.

VOLUNTEER

The Wyner Family Jewish Heritage Center seeks volunteers interested in digitization, audio and written transcription, identification, and translation. The JHC is especially interested in 1) photo identification help from volunteers with deep knowledge of local Jewish communities and 2) volunteers with proven language skills in languages like Yiddish, Hebrew, Russian, and German to assist in translating documents from the archive.
